Getting voted Outstanding Photography & Photoshop Instructor of the year at UCLA Extension was a huge honor for me and shows the passion I have for teaching and helping others push themselves in the world of photography.
My philosophy is to have a select few exceptional photography workshops each year in locations around the world that I am deeply familiar with as I prefer quality over quantity.
New York City 2025

October of 2025, I will be doing another exciting workshop with only a handful of people to capture some of the most photogenic & iconic locations in this electrifying city.
The architecture and street shooting in NYC is off the wall amazing and we will be taking subways, Ubers, taxis and even ferries to get to some of my favorite locations.
October has cooler weather temps and less tourists than the summer and is considered one of the best months of the year to be in NYC! Our stylish boutique hotel is in the perfect location for our shooting treks each day and an optional helicopter ride is possible also.

This workshop will be filled with eye candy in every direction as India is heaven on earth for incredible photography day & night!
From the crazy & colorful one of a kind Holi Festival to being first inside the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Then our journey takes us to the Pink City of Jaipur with the beautiful painted elephants and we finish up in the mind boggling city of Varinasi. This will be one super fun adventure!

This intense workshop will focus on capturing and processing stunning star trails and the elusive Milky Way Galaxy with the stunning red rocks of Sedona in the foreground.
This workshop includes a lot of shooting after the sun goes down in some special spots in Sedona along with 2 days of intense Photoshop training covering many tips and techniques for all kinds of images but with a big focus on night sky images.

With spectacular Sea Stack rock formations, rugged & rocky coastline, caves, beautiful sunrises and sunsets,lighthouses and much more, this coastline is one of the best on the planet! And I have timed it for the Milky Way & a little moonlight to be over the coast for some stunning shots!

Photographing Acadia National Park in Maine has become one of my favorite places on earth to shoot, without a doubt! It has so much diversity to offer from gorgeous fall colors all over to stunning rocky cliffs and a swirling ocean below, to a magnificent night sky with so many great locations to capture it from.
From unique locations all along the coast and inside the park to the stunning town of Bar Harbor where we will be staying, this is my favorite workshop in the United States! Each night we will be shooting the Milky Way and night sky in this very stunning & pristine spot on the east coast.
