I’m Scott and this blog is to share some insights and tips for people that love photography and Photoshop. I travel around the world shooting stock photography but I love all kinds of shooting.
I also teach many photography classes and lead photo tours to some beautiful places. There’s always have a smile on my face when I know I’m leaving soon for somewhere far away.
The darkroom days long ago helped me fall in love with photography but Photoshop took over my workflow long ago. Photoshop is a photographers best friend and life would not be the same without it. I love sharing and teaching many of the tricks I know and will post some on this blog.

Hi Scott, I have always appreciated great photography and i have to say when i stumbled on your site it just put a smile on my face. I can tell you really enjoy what your doing and that is why when I look at your pictures the make me smile. If being a great photographer was easy or less expensive i might give it a try. but not getting of topic here, I love the music on this site, and keep up the good work =]

I actually just stumbled upon your website and i am very impressed, not only is your art aesthetically pleasing your website is a joy to browse… and the music tracks are my highlight.
I load it everyday for when i need a time out and a small reminder of how much beauty there is in the world.

I took your class at UCLA last year and just stumbled on your blog. The images are absolutely great, and I’m having fun trying to figure out which plug-ins you used on each shot. My favorite, however, is the multiple shots of Holly in the classroom. Brilliant!

so, I just taught a class at UCLA last saturday..next class maybe in a couple months.. not sure.

I absolutely love love LOVE your photography. I’ve bookmarked your site and go to it often for soothing relaxation and beauty.
Two quick (but important) questions, if you could:
1) How can I order a print (or framed) copy of one of your specific work? (I am extremely interested in buying a print of your Burma photo with all of the hot air balloons in it. It is so quiet and moving. Please help!

I want to wish you the best always in your endeavors. I also want to thank you tremendously for the most beautiful images you have captured. I can only hope that one day I will be able to travel abroad and snap a shot of beauty at its peak like you have. I will admit that almost every morning and evening I sit on my bed turn on my laptop and reminisce through your photographs and listen to your calm and serene music. Like many of the previous posters, I literally Stumbled to your site and was instantly amazed. I shared the link with all my photography buddies on Facebook as I did not want them to miss out. I love the music. I also love the images from Carnival in Venice. I have always been fascinated by masks…and Venice. Those shots are sweet stuff!

thanx for writing. And yea…music is what goes well with photos. Can’t have a site without music!! and I too love Carnival in Venice. I have made so many friends there and have to go back soon.
It is just a feast for the eyes. I buy masks there from some of my favorite mask makers every time I am there. Some of them were in the movie “Eyes Wide Shut”
